Extraordinary Results: Mastering … the Art of Leading Coaching & Influencing Others ™ with Joe Contrera

Pending 1.5 hours of HRCI and SHRM credit

This program will teach you:

The true definition of a leader and what it means to influence others.

How to start leading from a place of power versus leading from a place of force.

How to increase your ability to influence others by learning - The Art of the Question.

How to help others see the obstacles they are putting  in their way so they can remove them.

Develop your Coaching Skills even further.

By learning what it means to truly lead others, you will learn that the  Accountability, Ownership, and Impact of the work, needs to rest on the employee and not you the leader.
