Transactional Analysis / Unbiased Communication with Mary Crisci

In this Webinar, you will discover how patterns of behavior influence people’s motivation and why people react the way they do. You’ll gain an awareness and understanding of why some conversations create intimacy, while others cause a negative reaction or leave a sour taste. You will learn about ego states, how they develop and how they affect your perspective and conversations. Also, you will determine which ego state is governing your behavior when working with certain people and in certain situations and whether that behavior is the most effective. At the heart of every social exchange we want and need something, and when that need isn’t met, we are dissatisfied. The information presented is a communication power tool to gain clarity, establish healthy boundaries, reduce conflict and understand why we do, what we do.

Lesson Objectives:
            Identify Transactional Analysis 3-Ego States
Understand people’s behaviors and why they act how they do.
Use this understanding to mitigate conflict and increase communication effectiveness

Mary Crisci, M.A. Communication, 16 years as a Communication Professor, President Club award winner, Bronze & Silver Certified Sandler Sales Trainer & Recruiter who is passionate about company culture, organizational communication, and leadership engagement.
